Da da da da da....
Strange that I had something to say every day in October and now my brain won't cooperate. Probably because I had a challenge in front of me and in the wake of the challenge, I'd rather coast.
It was a chilly, rainy Monday today and I just wanted to curl up back in my bed with my book.
An uneventful weekend we had, though we vacuumed up the leaves that had gathered on the porch for the second weekend in a row. Futile though it is, however. We'll have to do it again 3-4 more times at least. But, I enjoy the fall, and here in Oklahoma, the farthest north I've ever lived, we actually get the yellows and reds and oranges as opposed to green then brown. So it's nice. I hope you are all well and enjoying Fall!
We will be traveling 'home' this weekend to see family that won't be there for Thanksgiving, then Thanksgiving's around the corner! Mmmmmm I can feel my hips getting bigger as we speak!

For the past five or more years I have yearned for my Oklahoma fall leaves. But this year even East Texas abounds with multi-colored beauty! Each one is a work of art.

It's hard to believe the holidays are just around the corner! Dorothy (Wizard of Oz) was right "there's no place like home."
I am still digesting the fact that week after next week is Thanksgiving already!! =O Have a safe trip!
PS I posted a new (better quality) short video of me singing. =O
