Fish

Does your elementary school have art class, or do they rely on the poor already overworked classroom teacher to fit it in when there's time? I love(d) art. Not many schools that I've taught at have had art, but when my own kiddos were in elementary school they did. There they each did a fish project. I can't remember what grade it was when they did the fish project, let's say first.

The picture on the left is my daughter's and the picture on the right is my son's. Aren't the differences amazing to ponder!? I wonder what these say about their respective psyches?

Also, to give credit where credit is due, and I meant to when I posted them, yesterday's pictures were taken by Dear Hubby.

Anyone have any idea why it is doing this to me? It looks right and like I want it to when I type it in, but when I publish it, it messes up! Grrrr
