My First "Baby Janes"

Hello all, been quilting here...

Here is the latest finished project for my friend who will be having her baby in August.

Hope she likes it!

And since I finished that one, I decided today was the day to do a Baby Jane. I got all my supplies ready and jumped in.

I made two. One by machine and one by hand. One took about 15 minutes, and the other took about 3 hours.

Can you tell the difference? (Other than I'm a dork and I trimmed the seam allowance off of one of them.)

Hubby has a follow up appointment Wednesday! I'll keep you posted. Oh, and I'm still jogging!
My friend and I signed up for a Aerobic Kickboxing class, though. I wonder how that's going to factor in with the jogging program.....

High praise! Thanks Scrappy...um, well, I guess cuz in the picts you can't see all the little places I messed up, I would expect someone paying for something to want it perfect, but...I might consider it!

Ooh, I love that first quilt's design. Do you know what it's called? It kind of reminds me of a quilt pattern I've been admiring called Bento Box.
